Project Size & Shipping Considerations

Our materials are substantial in weight and freight plays a significant role in overall project cost. For this reason, larger projects are typically more efficient from a shipping standpoint.

Smaller projects may result in a higher cost per square foot due to freight. In some cases, clients choose to phase projects or coordinate orders to improve efficiency.

Projects below typical volume thresholds may experience a higher cost per square foot due to freight allocation.

Lead Times

Most materials are custom-produced or sourced specifically for each project. Typical lead times range from approximately 8 to 16 or more weeks depending on the collection, quantity, finish, and delivery location.

All timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Variations may occur due to production schedules, freight coordination, port conditions, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Material Characteristics

Our pavers are designed to reflect natural texture, depth, and variation. Subtle differences in tone, surface finish, and detail may occur between batches or production runs.

Samples, photography, and installed projects may appear slightly different from final delivered materials due to lighting, environment, and natural variation. These characteristics are intentional and contribute to the overall aesthetic of the product.

These variations are considered a hallmark of handcrafted and specialty materials and contribute to the uniqueness of each installation.

Project & Ordering Policies

Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required before sourcing or production begins. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Delivery & Site Conditions

Materials are delivered via freight. The receiving party is responsible for proper site access and unloading unless otherwise arranged.

Liability

We supply materials only and are not responsible for installation methods, site preparation, labor, or third-party work.

Custom Production

Each order is produced or sourced specifically for the project. Orders become non-cancelable and non-refundable once production or supplier commitments have begun.

Damage or Shortage Claims

Any visible damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with clear photos and documentation.
